Interpreting at the national-level workshop on agricultural cluster development at the Mekong Delta

This project is under the framework of “GEF-Mekong Delta Integrated Climate Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Project”, which is implemented by MARD and Global Environment Facility via World Bank’s support.
Central Office for Water Resources Projects (CPO as often mentioned), PMU and PEAPROS have co-organized this national-level consultation workshop to present recommendations and solutions for agricultural cluster development in 9 provinces in the Mekong Delta. The topic of discussion revolved around criteria for each type of cluster, including spatial conditions and geographical distance, the scale of the industry, presence of leading enterprises and support units as well as logistics infrastructure. Additionally, development mechanisms and policies, along with the roles of various stakeholders were also emphasized at the workshop.
