AKT Translation for Delegation visits

2025/12/09

The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management's mission to Ho Chi Minh City encompassed a series of  impactful events that truly struck a chord with the business community. Dutch enterprises were prominently represented across pivotal sectors: infrastructure, water management, agriculture, seaports, airports, and sustainable development initiatives. The diverse and intricate nature of these discussions demanded nothing less than precise and seamless information transfer among both local and international participants. AKT was honored to provide interpretation for this significant series of events.

Does AKT Translation Perform Semiconductor Interpretation?

Ho Chi Minh City has extended an invitation to the Dutch government and businesses, especially the Brainport High-Tech Campus (Eindhoven), to broaden investment cooperation, support human resource training, and foster the development of R&D centers in semiconductor manufacturing. As a specialized high-tech interpretation agency, AKT has a long track record of providing technical and technological interpretation, particularly in the computer, chip, and semiconductor domains for global corporations.

During crucial working sessions for the Netherlands Delegation in Ho Chi Minh City, AKT's interpreters ensured that specialized information was conveyed accurately, within the correct professional context, and in the language of the industry, thereby facilitating smooth and productive meetings.

Does AKT Translation Company Perform Aviation Interpretation?

The core agenda centered on green, digital, and clean development objectives, with participation from regulatory bodies, development partners, and international enterprises. AKT has handled aviation interpretation, supporting the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) in projects aimed at achieving international standards for "green, smart, and sustainable" airports, working towards the goal of zero-emission airports at Long Thanh International Airport. ACV is also upgrading its infrastructure to utilize sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)—a specialized topic that AKT's technical and aviation interpretation team has previously handled for numerous international partners in airport development. These efforts demonstrate a proactive approach, and AKT is at the forefront of enabling these vital conversations.

Does AKT Translation Company Offer Seaport Infrastructure Interpretation?

Ho Chi Minh City aims to develop the Can Gio International Transshipment Port, forming a large-scale international transshipment port cluster alongside Cai Mep – Thi Vai. The Dutch side also has a keen eye on the development of Cai Mep Port and Can Gio Port. Following the Port of Rotterdam Authority's completion of its assessment of Ho Chi Minh City's port system, subsequent collaborative steps (investment, technology transfer, logistics capacity building, etc.) will be implemented, moving towards a green, smart, and sustainable seaport model. At this conference, AKT Translation deployed a team of specialized seaport interpreters, deeply familiar with logistics, maritime, and infrastructure terminology, whose ability to convey information accurately and clearly was highly commended by the audience.
