theRES24 was co-branded and co-hosted by the Vietnam Food and Beverage Ecosystem (VFBE), Van Lang University (VLU), and the World Food Travel Association (WFTA), and held on November 27, 2024, at Van Lang University.

 As the kickoff event and a key milestone in the VGC journey, theRES24 announced comprehensive plans for the project, creating a dynamic platform for connection and resource-sharing across Vietnam’s restaurant industry, while fostering regional and international collaboration. The initiative aims to help position Vietnam as a rising global “Culinary Capital” by 2030.

AKT was proud to serve as the event’s official interpretation provider, operating four booths with eight interpreters across four concurrent sessions. Backed by deep sector knowledge and years of F&B experience, AKT’s team delivered clear, effective interpretation in both Vietnamese and English—ensuring Vietnamese voices and insights were shared globally.
