Notable speakers included Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc Trai, Chairman of PRO Vietnam, who presented the accomplishments over the past five years and the strategic direction for the future. Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment shared insights on the challenges and opportunities in implementing the circular economy model in Vietnam.
