2020/06/07

The seminar "Digitalization journey – Customer Centric is the Key" was organized in partnership with the world's Digital Banking Solutions giants including Pitney Bowes, Diasoft, MFMS and iExceed on 12 December 2019.

It's up to banks, financial institutions, and insurers to consider how to apply technology platforms to their businesses, particularly in terms of digital banking, which is seen as an inevitable trend in the 4.0 era.

The seminar covered five topics and one panel discussion:

- Use digital technology to transform your lending ecosystem

- Drive customer experience in a digital world: embrace customers when needed based on video interaction

- Omni-channel communication platform – key to successful digital customer transformation

- How banks / financial and insurance companies leverage digital for better SMEs.

- Panel discussion: Customer behaviour in the digital age – opportunities and challenges during digital transformation for banks and financial institutions
